While attending Concordia Chicago, I also
attended Dominican University. I graduated
from Concordia in 1973 with a BA degree,
Lutheran Teacher Diploma and K-9 teaching
certificate.
Areas of Responsibility:
Teacher; Organized the
yearbook; Teach Sunday School; Student
Council organizer.
Involved with
Zion as a member of the Board of Parish
Education--Banners and scenery.
Why do I love to teach?
My favorite
Bible passage is Revelations 2:10 "Be thou
faithful unto death and I will give you a
crown of life". I love to teach and learn as
well, because of the delight I receive
watching children discover, learn, and
succeed. I too learn from them.
Hobbies:
I enjoy sewing,
crafting, and cooking as hobbies.
Family Life:
I'm married for
34 years to Ed Grube of LEA. I have two
children who are LCMS church workers,
Allison, elementary teacher, and Aaron, DCE.
